中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國民中學實習教師教學反省之現況,其研究目的有三:(1)探討目前國中實習教師的教學反省之現況。(2)了解影響國中實習教師的教學反省之因素。(3)提建議,作為師資培育機構培育教學反省能力之參考。 為達成上述目的,本研究採用文件分椷。就樣本方面,請國立高雄師範大學教育學系88級畢業生,八十八學年度在國中實習的教師共29位,撰寫教學反省札記,總共蒐集428篇。 經分析後所得的結論為:(1)反省態度有高度的表現。(2)反省內容多樣化。(3)反省層次以技術理性層次最多。(4)反省類型則行動中反省與行動後反省並用。(5)影響教學反省的重要影響者是學生。 |
英文摘要 | This study was designed to explore the reflective teaching of interns in junior high schools. In order to complete this study, the researcher employed 29 interns graduated in 1999from the Department of Education at National Kaohsiung Normal University to perform journal writing twice a month. Four hundred and twenty-eight journal entries were collected and analyzed. The conclusions are: 1. The participants demonstrated a high degree of reflective attitudes. 2. The reflective contents were diverse. 3. The most of reflective levels were the technical level. 4. The strongest reflective types were the reflection-in-action and the reflection-for-action. 5. The most important influencing factors is the student. According to these conclusions, five suggestions are offered: 1. Interns' should be have a comprehensive mind broad-minded on reflective attitudes. 2. Interns should are about everything in school for its' reflective content. 3. Interns should try to lift their reflective levels. 4. Interns should adopt the reflection-for-action, which is the best approach to solve complicated problems. 5. Interns should have more interaction with students, mentors and colleagues. |
