中文摘要 | 培養教師使之成為反省型實踐者乃是現今師資培育方案的重要目標之一,故應將 涵養反省能力的原則與策略融入各種師資培育課程與教學訓練中,一方面協助未來教師養成 反省習慣,並期逐次提升其反省層次。就體育科教學而言,由於學科屬性較特殊,其教學情 境複雜性與互動均較其他學科為高,體育科實習教師尤需透過持續性反省,方能更細緻深刻 地覺察教學情境,自實際經驗中抽繹智慧,從而成就有效的教學。 根據師資培育相關文獻顯示,撰寫日誌乃是培養反省能力的有效策略。實踐者透過系統的、 持續的書面記錄觀察自身行動, 不僅得以反省更可重新導向( redirecting )教學行為。 由於,體育科實習教師必須在文字表達前先分析整合其思想,尋思將影像與動作呈現轉化為 文字之道,故此種分析、整合、思考的日誌撰寫歷程確實可為其提供良好的反省機會。 本文即以日誌撰寫為主題,探討以日誌撰寫培養體育科實習教師反省習慣與能力之道,首先 闡釋日誌的意義、價值與功能;其次釐析日誌撰寫的思考歷程與內容;繼而探究日誌撰寫的 具體實施事宜;最後,歸納日誌撰寫可能面臨的問題,並提出解決策略。 |
英文摘要 | Training teachers as reflective practitioners is an important element in many teacher education programs. Teacher education literature indicates that journal writing is an approach that foster reflection, and is an effective source of dialogue between student teacher and teacher educator. As an observer of one's own actions and reactions to teaching incidents, the student teacher opens the possibilities of reflection and redirection of teaching behaviors. This paper outlines the use of journal writing to help physical education student teachers as reflective practitioners. The following are among the topics discussed; the meaning, value, function of journals; journal format and approaches; appropriate topics for reflective writing; the techniques used to explore plentiful meaning of journals; guidelines for sustaining student teacher's long-term interest in journal-writing. |
