中文摘要 | 本研究目的在對二技護理課程的課程進行初步概略的檢封。探三角交叉檢視法 (Triangulation),以結構式問卷、座談等方式,針對某學院八十五學年度第一 屆二技護理系普通班畢業生,八十五學年度至八十七學年度入學的在校二技護理 系普通班學生進行資料收集。結果發現學生主觀認為其學習能達到此學程的教育 目標、畢業生特質、學群特色的要求,在護理專業能力上也均達顯著進步,顯示 學生在專業知能的目標可以達到,教育有相營成效。但在提振學生從事護理的興 趣與自信,部份課程規畫的適切性、完備性、多元性與彈性,師生瞭解、溝通、 互動的狀況與能力等方面仍有一些可再精進之處。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate preliminarily the courses of a 2-year RN program. The research samples included: the 2-year RN graduate students of 1996, the2-year RN students in school from 1996 to 1998. Through triangulation, the research samples answered the questionnaires and interviews. The results revealed: The students thought that they could reach the educational goals, graduate characteristics, specific learning traits of this program. There were significant improvement of nursing competencies among students. It showed there were high achievements of the program aims. However, it needs to enhance their interests, confidences of practicing nursing for students. It is imperative to further plan the courses by the principles of adequateness, comprehension. multiple perspectives and flexion. To further cultivate the skills of understanding, communicating, and interacting between the teacher and the student was also valuable. |
