中文摘要 | 本研究礙從黑鯛(Acanthopagrus schlegeli)母魚狀態在產卵季節中的變化 情形及其對魚卵大小之影響,來探討卵徑、母魚狀態及季節三者間之關係。研究結果顯示, 母魚狀態會隨季節的運轉而發生變化:母魚腸間膜脂肪重量在產卵季初期時出現高峰;GSI 與HSI在產卵季中期出現最大值:肥滿度與肌肉脂肪在產卵季初期與中期均維持高指數與高 含量的現象:以及,在產卵季末期時母魚狀態參數值多數達最低。相對地,卵徑隨季節變動 的現象卻不明顯。本研究中雖然發現黑鯛卵徑的變異主要源自於母魚之不同,但所選母魚狀 態參數與卵徑間之相關均不顯著。由母魚狀態在產卵季內之變化及其特性分析結果,黑鯛產 卵季的初期可視為母魚能量之高貯存期,並在中期時母魚的生殖付出會達到高峰,之後,在 產卵季結束時母魚能量的貯存及生殖的付出均曾消耗到最低。此外,黑鯛卵大小在產卵季中 無顯著變動的特性,顯示生產特定大小的魚卵,可能是黑鯛為適應環境要求之一種生殖策略 演化。 |
英文摘要 | This work studied the changes in female condition and its influence on the egg size of the black porgy, Acanthopagrus schlegeli, during the spawning season. Female condition varied in the spawning season. The relative size of fat body in the intestinal mesentery was the largest at the beginning of the spawning season, December, whereas condition factor and lipid content in muscle were high during the first two-thirds of the spawning season, December-February. Gonadosomatic and hepatosomatic indexes reached the highest in the mid, February. Most variables of the female condition were the lowest in the end, April. Variation of egg size during the spawning season was not significant but egg size differed significantly among females. A simple relationship between egg size and female condition was not found. Based on the variations and properties of female condition, energy reserves of the females were high in early spawning season; reproductive output increased in mid spawning season; and at the end both reserves and output declined. In addition, egg size was found to remain unchanged, regardless of the apparent change f related female condition during the spawning season, implying that in the black porgy a particular size rather than a large quantity of egg was adopted to fit the environmental requirement during the evolution of reproductive strategy. |
