Foucault)的權力微物理學觀點為主,分析學校行政組織權力的細微運作過程及內涵,並進一步探討其在學校行政組織運作的實務及啟示。 探討傅柯權力微物理學觀點得知:細微的權力技術透過規訓的技術與方法,如毛細管現象般的滲透效果,精密細微的控制技術就此產生,目的在使人/肉體更加順從進而產生柔順、可被駕馭、可被改造的肉體,確保權力的持續進行;高雅之處在於無需昂貴而粗暴的關係就能獲得極大的實質效果;此毛細管現象在學校行政組織權力的運作上,也產生同樣的滲透效果,此現象對身為教育工作實務者而言應有敏銳的自覺與省思,當權力關係的滲透性使人無法擺脫時,應深思的是學校行政組織運作應在權力明確透明化、行政行為多元彈性化進行。 |
英文摘要 | This paper focuses on the concept of the microphysics of power by Michel Foucault. The article analyses the operation of power in school administrative organization and draws out its implication for a new role in the school administrative organization practice. Generalizing Foucault's discourse, the main points of concepts about microphysics of power are: 1. The type of power is power relation; 2. Power is productive more than depressive; 3. The disciplinary power perform the micro-exercise with body; 4. The frame of modern administrative organization usually enable power to operate at the invisible state; 5. Institutional practices result the function of discipline for human. Finally, this paper suggests that all school administrative organization practice should be disciplined by the microphysics of power, thus we are expected to be self-awareness and to minimize the disciplinary power. School administrative organizations should operate under the conditions that the disciplinary power is explicit and the administrative strategies are multiple and flexible. |
