中文摘要 | The purpose of this research wants to find the needs of the parents who care about training their hearing-impaired preschool children's communication skills. Based on this concept, the study investigates 284 hearing-impaired preschool children's parents on their needs by self-report questionnaire. The results of this study indicated that the most of parents are eager to learn four related courses. There are: (a) the knowledge of stages of communication and language development, (b) the skills for promoting child's listening skills, including the knowledge for managing amplification system, (c) the skills for promoting child's speaking ability, (d) the strategy of using family's daily routines to manage their child's emotional problems. From the result of factor analysis showed that the courses of enhancing parents' ability can be designed as two major parts, the skills of communication training and the knowledge of using amplification system and of seeking help from welfare system. |
英文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在瞭解學前聽覺障礙兒童家長進修需求的內涵,以問卷調查臺灣 地區設有學前聽覺障礙兒童教育單位內之學生家長共計 284 名。 研究工具為自編之「學前 聽覺障礙兒童家長進修需求調查問卷」,所得量化資料以描述統計及無母數統計分析的方式 呈現。在家長進修需求的 19 個進修需求項目中,調查結果發現九成五的家長對「兒童語言 發展的知識」、「聽覺障礙兒童的聽能訓練方法」,「聽覺障礙兒童的說話訓練方法」及「 輔導聽障子女情緒問題方法」等四個需求,表達出「需要」及「非常需要」程度。另外,在 家長進修需求的因素分析結果,發現家長在學前聽覺障礙兒童教養需求方面可概略分成二大 類,第一類稱可為「聽障教育溝通訓練知能」,第二類稱可為「聽障者心理與教育、助聽輔 具及殘障福利」,此結果可做為國內設計學前聽覺障礙兒童親職教育課程的參考依據。 |
