中文摘要 | 本研究之目的是在改進傳統油漆粉刷之作業工具,使之更符合人因工程。本研究設計並製作減少腕部不良姿勢及手部負荷的漆刷一式,此外尚進行現場驗證之工作。驗證結果證實新的漆刷較大的粉刷行程(約多八公分),在耗漆量、粉刷進度、與主觀評比上則與傳統漆刷雖有部分改進但無統計上顯著的差異。工作姿勢分析之結果顯示舊式油漆刷有71%的姿勢為前手臂內轉與手腕背曲,但新式油漆刷只有17.5%的內轉,且大部分新式油漆刷姿勢為前手臂正中與手腕正中的姿勢,佔所有姿勢的58.6%。研究結果顯示新漆刷的使用,能改善油漆粉刷作業中的手部負荷。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to provide proper ergonomic design tools for the painters in attempt to relieve their physical workload. To accomplish this goal, a brush was designed and the design was verified objectively and subjectively. Posture analysis (OWAS, OVAKO Working Postures Analysis System) of the painters showed that although the work of their shoulders and arm muscles is dynamic in nature, a static load is created by the more or less constant elevation of the arms. The results of the verification study showed that the new design does have merits of a longer reaching distance of 8cm in each brush. Using the traditional brush results in 71% forearm pronation and wrist extension, while only 17.5% of forearm pronation and 58.6% neutral postures were observed in the new one. However, subjects preferred the traditional brush due to its flexibility and adaptation. The effect of reducing forearm loading of the new design was also verified. |
