中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為比較兩種人因工程檢核表 BRIEF (由美國 Humantech 公司發展 而成)與 MSDs (由美國職業安全衛生署所設計)在國內事業單位的試用情形。透過現場實 地試用,以及訪視員對勞工問卷調查等方式,以比較何者較適用於國內使用。結果顯示,在 問卷調查方面, 有 87.5% 的勞工反映有肌肉骨骼傷害情形,其中肩膀、下背或腰部及手或 手腕等部位感覺不適的比例均達到 40% 以上; 而兩種檢核表在所有行業試用之敏感度方面 ,以MSDs 所得的敏感度較高; 人因工程的訓練因時間不足,造成對於檢核表的使用不熟悉 ,因此在課程上應加以重新設計,以減少人為誤差。本研究建議,事業單位可採用 MSDs 作 為肌肉骨骼系統傷害之初步檢核工具。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to compare the characteristics of two checklists, BRIEF (created by Humantech Inc. of the United States) and MSDs (developed by OSHA) used by domestic enterprises. Through field tests and questionnaires, we compared these two checklists to determine which checklist is more suitable for domestic use. Results of the questionnaire showed that 87.5% of the employees had complained about musculoskeletal disorders, Higher than 40% of the employees appeared to suffer shoulder, lower back/waist and hand/wrist musculoskeletal symptoms. Field test results revealed that sensitivity of MSDs checklist was better than that of BRIFE. Since the ergonomics program training time is not sufficient, users of the checklists lack certain degree of experience and skill. The training program should be redesigned to reduce possible human errors in using these checklists. This study suggests that MSD s checklist can be used as a preliminary evaluation tool. |
