中文摘要 | 本研究目的在比較分析長榮管理學院與臺灣地區大專院校學生體適能的差異,更進一步瞭解長榮管理學院不同學年度學生體適能的狀況,以做為推展本校學生體適能活動及體育教學之參考。本研究以86學年度一年級學生600名(男生186名、女生414名)、87學年度一年級學生728名(男生277名、女生451名) 、88學年度一年級學生400名(男生200名、女生200名)共計1728名為研究對象,測驗方法是採用教育部所訂定之方法為標準,項目包括身高、體重、身體質量指數、坐姿體前彎、屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠、跑走(男生:1600公尺,女生:800公尺),所得之各項成績資料以平均數、標準差、t-test考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析,研究結果如下: 長榮管理學院88學年度一年級學生(19-22歲)與臺灣地區大專院校學生體適能的比較,長榮管理學院男生在身體質量指數、立定跳遠、仰臥起坐等部份表現較差,女生在仰臥起坐部份也是表現較差。 長榮管理學院不同學年度男生體適能的比較:在立定跳遠方面,87學年度優於88學年度,在仰臥起坐方面,86學年度優於87、88學年度,在1600公尺跑走方面,86學年度優於87學年度,其餘體適能項目在三個學年度間則無顯著差異。不同學年度女生體適能的比較:在身體質量指數方面,86學年度優於87、88學年度,在坐姿體前彎方面,87學年度優於86學年度,在仰臥起坐方面,86學年度優於87、88學年度,在800公尺跑走方面,86、88學年度優於87學年度,其餘體適能項目在三個學年度間則無顯著差異。 因此,未來在體育教學及活動內容編排上,應加強各項體適能教學活動,尤其是低年級有關瞬發力、肌力與肌耐力等項目的活動課程。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to compare and analyze the difference of physical fitness between Chung Jung Christian University and Taiwan's college students, to understand the condition of Chung Jung Christian University students' physical fitness in Different academic years as the reference of popularize the physical fitness activity in school. The objects of this research were 1728 students in Chang Jung Christian University, inclusive of 600 freshmen (186 boys and 414 girls) in academic year 86, 728 freshmen (277boys and 451 girls) in academic year 87, and 400 freshmen (200 boys and 200 girls) in academic year 88. The tests used methods of Taiwanese Ministry of Education as standard, and the items included height, weight, body mass index (BMI), sitting bent posture, bent-knee sit-ups, long jump, and running (male-1600m.; female-800m.). The results were analyzed by using statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA. Results as follows: The comparison of differences comparison of physical fitness of Chang Jung Christian University freshmen (from 19 to 22 years old) and Taiwan college students shows that male students in Chang Jung Christian University represented worse in long jump, BMI and bent-knee sit-ups, and the female student also represented worse in bent-knee sit-ups. The comparison of Chung Jung Christian University male students' physical fitness in different academic years: students' height in academic year 88was higher than academic year 86. long jump of students in academic year 87 was better than in year 88. bent-knee sit-ups of students in academic year 86 was better than year 87 and 88. 1600 meters running of students in academic year 86 was better than year 87. As for other physical fitness items, there were no obvious differences in other three academic years. The comparison of female students' physical fitness in different academic years: the height of students in academic year 87 was higher than in year 86. body mass index (BMI) of students in academic year 86 was better than in year 87 and 88. sitting bent posture of students in academic year 87 was better than in year 86. bent-knee sit-ups of students in academic year 86 was better than year 87 and 88. 800 meters running of students in academic year 86 and 88 was better than in year 87. As for other physical fitness items, there were no obvious differences in other three academic years. Therefore, in the future arrangement of physical education and activities, the physical fitness teaching activities should be strengthen, especially the practicing courses for freshmen about Power, Strength and Muscular Endurance. |
