中文摘要 | 本論文主要在探討建構電子商店的各種可能模式,並嘗試經由模擬實驗比較不同模式的營運績效。根據對消費者、建置者、管理者的調查結果,可以得到電子商店的八種不同建構模式,本研究進一步將其整合到三個電子商店的雛型系統,比較不同商店在顧客滿意度、營業額、顧客平均上網時間、顧客再訪意願等績效指標上的差異。對實驗結果進行變異數分析後發現,三個商店在顧客滿意度與營業額等二項指標上有顯著不同,在另二項指標上則無顯著差異。亦即,電子商店的建構模式可能會影響其營運績效,而較重視顧客的相關資訊需求並提供其多元功能的彈性選擇,則可使電子商店有較高的顧客滿意度。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates possible models for constructing electronic stores and attempts to compare their performance through a simulation experiment. According to the results of surveys on consumers, designers, and managers of electronic stores, there are eight different models for constructing an electronic store. There models are integrated into three prototype systems of electronic store. Customer satisfaction, sales, average surfing time and revisit intention are used as performance indices for comparing these three stores. The ANOVA results of experimental data show that the stores have significantly different customer satisfaction and sales. As for other two indices, the performance differences are not significant. That is, the construction model of an electronic store may influence its performance, while the store with an emphasis on customer information needs and more flexible options of diversified functions may bring higher customer satisfaction. |
