中文摘要 | 長久以來,臺灣的鑄造業對鑄件後處理的需求非常迫切,但其主要的加工工具是傳統砂輪,不僅消耗快,本身的結合強度也脆弱,不僅自動化之設備支出高以外,工作效率也低落。最近隨著鑽石顆粒之結合技術的改進,在國外逐漸採用鑽石砂輪來磨修鑄件毛邊,使得鑄件後處理之效率大幅提昇,並且設備成本也能下降。因此鑽石砂輪之應用,突破了鑄造業在鑄件後處理的瓶頸。 本篇主要是敘述以鑄件毛邊磨修機為例,傳統砂輪與鑽石砂輪在鑄件毛邊磨修機上的比較分析,進而說明降低設備製作之成本支出,研發出業界樂於使用的鑄件後處理之自動化設備。 |
英文摘要 | In Taiwan foundry plant, the casting post-processing has been urgently demanded, yet its machining tool is ginding wheel with easy wear and tear as well as poor binding energy. It results in high cost in automation equipment and low efficiency. Along with the improvement on integration technique of solid diamond particle, the diamond grinding wheel is adopted to process de-burring of the casting. As a result the de-burring efficiency is improved and the cost of equipment investment is lowered as well. With the application of diamond grinding wheel, the bottleneck of casting post-processing in the casting industry has been broken through. This article aims to demonstrate the comparison between the grinding wheel and diamond grinding wheel with the example of casting de-burring grinding machine. Besides the article will introduce the developed automation equipment for casting post-processing with low cost. |
