中文摘要 | 本研究旨在設計與製造一組嫁托夾,用於百果種苗之嫁接作業。為確保百香果嫁接 苗不致被嫁接夾夾傷,乃先測定百香果蔓生堅之物理性質,並以接觸理論分析嫁接夾與嫁描 苗的力學情形。研究結果顯示,嫁接夾尾端產生14mm壓縮位移量時,夾頭所張開之對應寬 度為7mm,並產生6346N的夾持力,若將該力視為嫁接夾對百香果種苗嫁接作業之大最夾持 力,則賦予百香果嫁接苗之最大壓力值為8.6Pa,並不造成百香果蔓生堅之傷害。 |
英文摘要 | This study focuses on the physical properties of new growth stalk for passion fruits to find out the relationship between force and displacement in the bioyield. Furthermore, by use Instron testing machine to measure the material properties. The results show that the minimum press 0.166N/mm2 approximately and elastic contact with a spheroid and a base by simulate to calculate forced situation of foreign claw clipping grafted seedlings. The testing results show that the maximum press 8.6Pa of the grafting clip and compress it to 14mm obtained force 6.46N by it opening maximum distance along the slide not to hurt stalk of the passion fruits. |
