中文摘要 | 電子資料交換是一項企業跨組織資訊系統的應用。然而,當企業期望透過電子資料交換的使用以建立企業間的合作網路時,是否會影響效益的因素,則是值得探討的議題。過去相關研究多以經濟觀點進行相關討論,但本研究則主要由社會關係的角度,同時考慮組織中高階主管以及現有資訊系統基礎的架構,分析影響企業使用電子資料交換效益的因素。根據以台灣地區中衛體系衛星廠商的問卷抽樣調查顯示,社會關係中的依賴、信任、承諾、以及組織因素的高階主管支持與現有資訊系統架構,對於電子資料交換的使用效益均有顯著影響,顯示非經濟觀點的社會關係因素對於跨組織合作的效益亦有一定程度的影響。本文最後並提出關於本研究的管理意涵、未來研究方向、以及研究限制。 |
英文摘要 | Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a widely used application for building interorganizational systems. Factors that may influence benefits when businesses build cooperative networks are thus important and worth to be investigated. While past research usually adopts an economic perspective, this study is based on social relationship factors, also taking into account top management support and current IS infrastructure of the business. Empirical data collected show that social relationship factors, Dependence, Trust, and Commitment, and other organizational factors, including both Top Management Support and IS Infrastructure, significantly influence the benefits of implementing EDI. The result shows that not only economic but also social relationship factors have explanatory powers on the benefits of EDI. Managerial implications, future research directions, and limitations of this research are also discussed. |
