中文摘要 | 教育實習是指師資生修習教育專業課程過程中,所有促使其將理論性知能得以應用、練習、 驗證與統整,並建立其專業理念的活動或歷程而言。廣義的教育實習包括職前與導入階段,它在整個教師專業發展歷程中具決定性的關鍵階段,也攸關整?擙v資教育成敗。 教育實習雖然如此重要,然而在我國實施的情形長期以來並不理想,教育當局先後於民國八十四年及九十一年,做了制度面的改革,教育實習制度也因此而漸步入軌道,但是若干問題依舊存在。究其原因乃在於大多數人對於「教育實習」概念不清,相關的理論性探討亦非常缺乏,以致於在政策制定或實施時,沒有清晰概念提供立論定位或參考依據。 有鑑於此,本文即從教育實習的概念分析為出發點,並參酌教育實習的原則及若干評鑑概念提出評析架構;其次,依此評析架構對現制與新制教育實習制度進行析論;最後,再對我國教育實習制度提出具體改革建議。 |
英文摘要 | Educational practicum and internship refers to the process whereby students of teacher education programs practice and interconnect their theoretical knowledge of teaching, and construct their professional thought during the training of teacher education. Educational practicum and internship plays a critical role in teacher education. Although educational practicum and internship is such an important issue, the practice within our nation has not been perfect. Some reforms had made by Minister of Education in 1995 & 2002 respectively, however, there remain several problems. The main reason of the problems is that the concept of educational practicum and internship is not clear, and relevant research also extremely lacks. This paper aims to analyze the concepts of educational practicum and internship, and to construct the evaluation criteria of educational practicum and internship. Following the evaluation criteria, we try to analyze the current system of educational practicum and internship. Lastly, provide some suggestions for the reform of the system of educational practicum and internship. |
