中文摘要 | 本文使用灰色系統理論中之灰色信息關係分析模型,來分析近三年(1996∼1998)臺灣工具機生產金額及臺灣出口工具機代表性產品金額與目前所生產各機種之產值的灰色關係,以了解目前我國的以何種機種為主要生產重點與生產趨勢,作為工具機產業的投資發展之指標。我國的工具機產業屬於外銷導向型的產業,受制於全球工具機產業的景氣、發展與產銷、價格競爭、技術領先等策略,因此其發展因素極為複雜且不易控制,對相關信息的掌握並不完全,所以可將工具機產業之發展視為一個灰色系統。本文建立我國的工具機產值之灰色信息關係分析模型,分析中獲得臺灣工具機生產金額最主要受到非NC放電加工機、非NC銑床、非NC磨床、螺紋機械、非NC鑽床、鋸床等六種機種影響(關聯度大於0.9),而出口工具機代表性生產金額則受到放電加工機、磨床、鑽床、銑床等四種機種影響(關聯度大於0.69)。以上機種皆屬於傳統加工機,表示我國的工具機產業是屬於傳統機械產業。 |
英文摘要 | This paper analyzes the grey relation of the productive values of tool machine, exporting tool machine and the type of productive tool machine recently (1996-1998), using the grey relation analysis in grey system theory. The understanding of productive tendency and the main type of productive tool machine are regarded as the indicator of investing development of the industry of tool machine. Our tool machine industry belongs to the industry of exporting tendency and is subjected to prosperity, development, production and marketing competition of price, technology etc. Becauce the factors of influence are complete complicate and the relevant messages are incomplete, the development of the industry of tool machine regards as a grey system. In this paper we establish the model of the grey relation analysis for the productive values of tool machine. The productive values of tool machine will be subjected to non-NC EDM, non-NC milling machine, non-NC grinder, screw cutting machine, non-NC drilling machine and sawing machine which degree of relation is over 0.9. The productive values of exporting tool machine will be subjected to EDM, grinder, drilling and milling which degree of relation is over 0.69. They indicate that the above type of machine belongs to the traditional cutting machine and our tool machine industry is the industry of traditional machine. |
