中文摘要 | 人從20歲開始,各種機能會開始走下坡。老化是每人必經之歷程,有生命的初起,就會有老化的現象。老化是種本質性的生理改變,老化並非由外在因素所造成,但外在因素確會提早老化的到來。人隨著年齡的增加,各種體力、生理機能逐漸退化,而加速老化的進展。根據許多研究顯示,藉著規律運動計劃的實施,提高身體的活動量,再加上醫療與飲食的節制分配,適量的運動是維持健康、延緩老化的不二法門。運動與老化的關係到底為何?本文即針對各家的研究成果,綜合文獻從老化之相關研究、適合的運動標準與原則作一綜述,並發現只要改變生活型態∼經常運動,在正常老化過程中的危險因子(如血糖、高血壓、膽固醇……等)是可以被改善的。本研究的目的在於,了解老化的各種生理、心理特徵,並希望借助規律運動的實施,延緩老化的發生,其待每人不只活得久,更能活得好! |
英文摘要 | Starting from the age of twenty, the body's function is getting weak. Aging is an inevitable process as life started. Even the outside factor did speed the aging, however, it's a natural physical change. It includes the increase of age, the decline of energy and adjustment. According to may researches, it can reduce the possibility of affected disease by regular exercise. What's the relationship between exercise and aging? The article provides an integrated discussion including the definition of aging, the speed of aging, the physical characters of aging, the aging psychoanalysis, the relationship between aging and exercise, factors as blood sugar, cholesterol, hypertension, and so on can be control by working on exercises. The object of this research is to find out the aging characters both in physical and mental. In order to delay the aging by regular exercise and wish everyone a better late-year life. |
