中文摘要 | 本研究以一名大專肢體障礙學生為對象進行個案研究,資料收集分為二部分,第一部分是行為改變之實驗研究,以瞭解應用自我管理方式來建立規律運動行為之可行性;第二部分是書面報告分析及質性訪談,以深入探討肢體障礙學生的規律運動行為及其影響因素。實驗結果個案在計劃施行期間逐一完成各階段目標,且終點行為維持了兩週。訪談則發現個案具有運動的動機及執行運動行為改變計劃的自我效能,但因缺乏專業人員協助開立運動處方,不懂得安全及有效瘦身的運動,而未能長期維持規律運動。本研究結果可作為未來發展個別化適應體育教學之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study was a case study which was based on a physical handicapped college student. The data collection included two parts. The first part was the investigation of behavior change. The purpose for the study was to realize the possibility of building up regular exercise behavior by self-management. The second part was to analyze and quality interview. The purpose was to realize the regular exercise behavior of a physical handicapped student and the factors which will inference the behavior. The result was that the case can complete all the scheduled targets during the project period and keep the finial behavior for two weeks. From the interview, we could reveal that the case had the motivations for physical exercise and the ability to finish the exercise behavior change plan. Because lacking of professional supports for sports recipe and enough knowledge for safe and effective weight reduction sports, the case could not keep regular exercise for a long time. The result of this study could be a reference for developing the individual adapted sport education in the future. |
