中文摘要 | 臺灣近年來,因為科技與工業的發展迅速;造成了環境污染日趨嚴重。所以,環保工作已漸漸成為各界與政府有關單位的重視。而對於各項環保的安全檢測,也亦步亦趨的嚴格把關。因此本研究乃針對實驗室常用的酸、鹼試液,進行其對於一些水中生物的毒性試驗,來探討廢水對這些水生生物生存的安全濃度,以期做為此類廢水排放或收集處理的環保評估參考。結果如下: 1.急速毒性:隨著酸、鹼試液濃度的增加(pH值越小、越大),對淡水生物(朱文錦 黑殼蝦)的毒性越大。 2.酸、鹼液對兩者的成長影響:隨著液體的濃度增加而愈差。而不會抑制它們生長的生物安全濃度範圍,大約為pH6.6-8.6。 3.酸、鹼試液對朱文錦及黑殼蝦的毒害,與pH值有直接關係;與酸鹼試液的種類較無關係。 4.兩生物對於酸鹼度的容忍耐力,黑殼蝦>朱文錦。 |
英文摘要 | Recently because of the rapid development of technology and industry in Taiwan, they have seriously polluted the environment these days. So, the business company and government getting recur to the environmental sanitation. It also severely handles the securely test of environment protect gradually. Therefore, the acid and base waste water are exhausted by toxicity test to search the survival security pH value in some water organisms. The results also can be refered to the waste water management assess. Results are: 1. Acute toxicity: The higher concentration of the acid and base waste, the stronger toxicity to the fresh water organisms (Carassius auratus var and Neocaridina denticulate). 2. Growth test: The higer concentration of the acid and base waste, the worse growth to the two organisms. But, the waste water pH value won't inhibit their growth, is about pH 6.6-8.6. 3. The toxicity to the fresh water organisms, it directly according to the pH value; none because of the different kinds of the waste pollutants. 4. The tolerance to the acid and base waste, he Neocaridina denticulate is better than Carassius auratus var. |
