| 中文摘要 | 本系統設計後分別將1/2容許濃度至兩倍容許濃度之有機溶劑甲苯(toluene)、丁酮(methyl ethyl ketone, MEK)蒸氣以下不同比例混合,再加以增壓空氣幫浦混合後,打入細胞培養箱(incubator)中,以主動(active)及被動(passive)兩種採樣方式,對暴露槽中之有機蒸氣進行採樣。前者每二小時採樣一次,主要在監測暴露槽中有機溶劑蒸氣濃度變化,後者則12小時及24小時各採樣一次,主要在計算暴露時間內之平均濃度。採集樣品後以GC/FID分析所採集之檢體,發現系統在通入含不同濃度有機蒸氣(toluene: 20~200 ppm、MEK: 100~600 ppm)之空氣後,均能在6~8小時達到所欲完成之暴露濃度。再者,為了擁有較佳之脫附效率,本研究另外以添加方式(spike)比較不同的脫附劑配方,對活性碳管中甲苯及丁酮脫附效率之影響作進一步的研究,結果發現二硫化碳(CS₂)與4%1-丁醇(1-Butanol)混合後對丁酮脫附效率有正面之效應。 |
| 英文摘要 | The mixed organic solvents of toluene (50ppm-20ppm) and methyl ethyl ketone (100ppm-400ppm) with different ratios combined with 500mL/min compressed air were injected into incubator. These organic vapors were sampled by active and passive methods at 2、 4、6、8、12 and 24 hours exposed intervals. According to Gas Chromatography/Flame Ionization Detector (GC/FID) analytical results show that the vapor concentration of incubation chamber will be constant through four hours exposed. The amounts of organic compounds existed in cell culture medium were corrected with environmental exposed value. |
