中文摘要 | 本研究以番茄為研究對象,量測蕃茄的重量及表面顏色,然後進行非破壞性的撞擊力試驗及破壞性的壓縮試驗,分析比較番茄的重量、顏色參數、撞擊參數;壓縮力及穿刺力彼此間的關係,以作為撞擊試驗檢測水果成熟度分級裝置的參考。由試驗結果可知道撞擊高度15 mm時,撞擊試驗檢測蕃茄的成熟度等級是可行且為一種非破壞的檢測,撞擊參數tp(發生最大撞擊力時間)、tc(撞擊接觸時間)、Fp/w(最大撞擊力/重量)、tp/tc、C1 (Fp/tp)、C2 (Fp/tp²)等均與蕃茄的成熟度有關,其中以C2對蕃茄的成熟度等級較為敏感且較不受蕃茄重量影響,穿刺力對蕃茄成熟度的敏感度較優於壓縮力,蕃茄表皮顏色參數a值與穿刺力有良好的對應關係,,C1及C2與穿刺力對蕃茄成熟度的反應有相同趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | This study is to investigates the maturity of tomatoes by both nondestructive test and destructive test. The weight and the color of tomatoes were measured first. The nondestructive impact test and destructive compression test were conducted. The relationship among the weight and the color of tomatoes, impact parameters, compression force, and puncture force were analyzed. The results can be used as an guideline for grading device of fruits according to maturity. The impact parameters include up (time to peak force), tc (impact duration), Fp/w (peak force/weight), tp/tc (time to peak force/impact duration), C1 (peak force/time to peak force), C2 (peak force/time to peak force square). The results show that it is practicable for nondestructive impact test to detect tomato's maturity if the impact height is less than 15 mm. Parameter C2 is the most important factor to tomato's maturity because it is less sensitive to the weight. The puncture force is more sensitive than the compression force. The color parameter and the puncture force exist a good relationship. The responses of C1, C2, and the puncture force to tomato maturity have a similar tendency. |
