中文摘要 | 本試驗探討了不同mesh號數的不�袗�網、不同mesh號數的銅網之層數及複合位 置、鋁箔及銅箔層數及複合位置等對粒片板在1.5~2.7GHz頻率範圍之電磁波遮蔽性質之影 響。結果顯示粒片板防電磁波之介入衰減效果,60及120mesh之不�袗�網友銅網,板中複 合2層者之介入衰減值在30~60dB之間;若以120mesh銅網兩面各複合兩層,介入衰減值 可達60~75dB以上。又各以鋁箔及銅箔於兩板面各複合一層者,其介入衰減效果比二層複 合於板中者大,其介入衰減值亦可達60~75dB以上。 另方面粒片板的反射衰減效果,各種金屬網,不論層數、mesh號數、複合位置對複合 板之電磁波反射效果均很小,均介於0~0.6dB之間。銅箔、鋁箔兩種金屬箔複合於板中者之 反射衰減值大於複合於板面者,鋁箔者介於0.35~-0.05dB之間,銅箱者介於0.5~--0.05dB之 間。顯示以各種金屬材料複合之粒片板對測定範圍內之電磁波遮蔽效果完全來自反射效果而 非吸收效果。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the factors for making electromagnetic shielding particle composites of mesh no. of stainless web, mesh no. and sheet number of copper web and its setting location, and sheet number and its setting location of aluminum foil or copper foil were examined. The results showed that the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the board overlaid with 60 or 120 mesh stainless web or copper web is better than that of embedded board. The insertion loss values of these composites are greater than 60-70 dB. The insertion loss values of the composites embedded with 60 or 120 mesh metal web at 1/4 and 3/4 weight ratio of Japanese for particles are within 30-60 dB. And when the composites overlaid on both sides with 2 sheets of 120 mesh copper web the insertion loss values are greater than 60-70 dB. Another result indicated that when 1 sheet of aluminum foil or copper foil was overlaid on both sides of composite boards, the insertion loss values are grater than 60-75 dB and they are better than that of embedded boards. For the return loss values of the composites made from Japanese fir particles and metal materials are small (0-0.6 dB) on spite of sheet number, mesh no. and setting location of any type of metal web was adapted. When 1 sheet of aluminum foil or copper foil was overlaid on both sides of composites, the return loss value is smaller than that of embedded board which 2 sheet were embedded at 1/4 and 3/4 particles weight ratio, respectively. |
