中文摘要 | 應用容量1.3升之前後振盪式裝填八分滿、三種大小鋼珠之球磨機於每分鐘480轉速之運轉速度下,進行球磨性質分析,變化研磨的時間與投入的木粉量,結果顯示以72小時研磨10克木粉之狀況下之球磨最有效率。研磨後木粉之萃取溶劑……1, 4二氧六圜:水之比例,就裂備木質素而言,以100:4較100:10可得較高之得率,若以求取木質素碳水化合物複合物為目的時則反之。結果中,台灣赤楊球磨木質素之最高得率可高達卡拉森氏木質素之29%。為達成球磨法製備木質素過程中易於萃取且縮減製備時間,必須特別注意下列三點:1.以1,4二氧六圜將非膨潤性之甲苯置換出來之後的木粉,應於低溫烘箱中隔夜乾燥,以利隨後之萃取。2.在整個萃取過程中第一次萃取佔重要角色,應於24小時內完成,隨後每二天更換溶劑,直至溶刻顏色很淡為止。3.製備過程中之減壓真空乾燥程序除了必須徹底之外,隨後需增加一除水手續,以減少製備時間和避免分液程序後之混濁。台灣赤楊球磨木質素具有其獨特之紅外光光譜值、熱差掃描分析高分子特性、熱值、與微差熱重量損失值。1.其特定之紅外光光譜值有1504,1463,1270,1225,1032,922,831,750,707,681,以及648cm^(-1)。2.其乾燥與氣乾狀態下之玻離轉移點分別為160°C與108°C。3.台灣赤楊木粉總熱值中來自木質素者佔40%以上。 |
英文摘要 | By using a 1.3L capacity ball mill to-and-fro shaking device at the speed of about 480rpm, the grinding time and the amount of wood meal charged were varied, we found that the efficient time was 72h and the amount was 109. The 100:4 ratio of dioxane: water extraction system was better than 100:10 ration of MWL preparation and vice versa for LCC. The yield of the MWL was 29% of Klason lignin of Alnus formosana. For better extraction and shorter preparation time of the MWL, some details were evaluated and described as follows: a. After the replacement of toluene, the ground wood meal was dried in low temperature oven overnight to shorten the time for the mixed solution to become clear for separation. b. Of the whole extracting series, the first extraction was performed within 24h, and the following extraction was conducted once every two days until the color of solution turns very light. c. The vacuum evaporation was thoroughly operated and followed by a dewatering procedure to reduce the preparation time and avoid the solution turbidity. The characterization of the Alnus MWL was carried on by IR spectrum for special identification, DSC for its Tg point and heat value, and also the DTG analysis. Its characteristic data were summarized as follows: a. The specific wavenumber of the MWL were 1504, 1463, 1270, 1225, 1032, 922, 831, 750, 707, 681 and 648cm^(-1). b. The Tg point of the MWL are about 160°C and 108°C at dried and air-dried condition, respectively. c. Alnus MWL produced 40% more heat value than that of wood meal. |
