| 中文摘要 | 本研究前文報導,50%糖蜜加果實成分乙酸乙酯及丁酸乙酯適當混合後,可大幅提高糖蜜引誘劑對 東方果實蠅(Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel)之引誘力。網室試驗結果顯示,定量50%糖蜜與不同 比例之乙酸乙酯(EA)及丁酸乙酯(EB)相混合時,乙酸乙酯與丁酸乙酯以5:5(5EA5EB)等比例 混合之引誘效果最佳,其引誘率達54.7%。再將糖蜜以不同比例與等比例乙酸乙酯及丁酸乙酯混合 物混合時,結果以100:1比例混合(MEAEB)時之引誘率最高達60.5%,且各比例混合物對雌蟲之引誘 效果皆大於對雄蟲者。50%糖蜜與乙酸乙酯及丁酸乙酯混合時加入介面活性劑(AG420)及酒精或丙 酮分散劑可增加其互溶性,當引誘劑MEAEB添加介面活性劑及分散劑時,並不會影響引誘劑原有之 引誘效果,但僅添加介面活性劑,而不加分散劑,則會使引誘力下降。50%糖蜜與乙酸乙酯及丁酸 乙酯混合物(MEAEB)在15天的有效期中,前6天的引誘率皆在60%以上,至第10天仍維持在45-55%間 ,皆遠較使用50%糖蜜時的引誘率為高。由此可知,糖蜜中添加果實成分乙酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯後, 於初期10日內確可有效增加糖蜜之引誘力。將引誘劑MEAEB於楊桃園中進行引誘效果試驗,結果與 網室所得結果相符,皆具良好之引誘效果,其田間引誘力為50%糖蜜之4.5倍,顯示乙酸乙酯與丁酸 乙酯添加於50%糖蜜後,可大幅提高50%糖蜜之引誘力,增加其對東方果實蠅之誘殺效果。 |
| 英文摘要 | The attractiveness of 50% molasses attractant mixed with the volatile constituents of host fruits ethyl acetate (EA) and ethyl butyrate (EB) to Bactrocera dorsalis were studied in the screen house. Result showed that 50% molasses mixed with ethyl acetate and ethyl butyrate at the ratio of 5:5 (5EA5EB) had higher attraction of 54.7% to adult flies. Furthermore, tested on the 50% molasses mixed with 5EA5EB by various mix ratios, it is showed that the best mix ratio of mixture was 100:1 (MEAEB), with a high attraction of 60.5%, besides, more females were attracted than the males. When mix the 50% molasses with ethyl acetate and ethyl butyrate (MEAEB), adding the surfactant AG420 and dispersing agent (alcohol or acetone) to the mixture, might increase the solvency of mixture, without reducing the effectiveness of attractant MEAEB itself. However, adding only surfactant without dispersing agent would reduce the effectiveness of the mixture. The effective duration of the improved attractant MEAEB was tested in the screen house, result showed the percentage of attraction to the flies was over 60% during the first six days, and maintained 45 - 55% till to the 10th day. Comparing with 50% molasses within 15 tested days, the attractiveness of MEAEB was apparently higher than that of 50% molasses, showed that when ethyl acetate and ethyl butyrate mixed with 50% molasses could increase the effectiveness of 50% molasses to the oriental fruit fly at the first 10 days. According the result from carambola orchard testing, the attractiveness of the improved attractant MEAEB was 4.5 times higher than that of 50% molasses, that indicated the volatile constituents of host fruits ethyl acetate and ethyl butyrate mixed by a best mix ratio with 50% molasses should greatly increase the effectiveness of 50% molasses for luring the oriental fruit flies in the field. |
