中文摘要 | 由番石榴(Psidium guajava L.)、芒果(Mangifera indica L.)、柑桔(Citrus grandis O.)及楊桃(Averrhoa carambola L.)4種果實所含成分中,選取相對含量最多以及共同具有的成分共21種,進行對東方果實蠅(Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel)之引誘測試,結果以胺茴酸甲酯、α型帖品醇、乙酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯及肉桂醇等5種成分最具引誘效果,且對雌蟲的引誘力亦高於其他16種成分。不同濃度之糖蜜以50 %濃度對雌雄蟲的引誘效果最好,其引誘率為35.5 %。將上述5種引誘效果較佳之單一果實成分,分別與50 %糖蜜混合,對成蟲之引誘率以糖蜜+丁酸乙酯最高為42.2 %,顯著高於50 %糖蜜1.8倍,而糖蜜+乙酸乙酯的引誘率亦較糖蜜為高。將兩種果實成分混合後對成蟲的引誘力則以α型帖品醇+乙酸乙酯、乙酸乙酯+丁酸乙酯、α型帖品醇+丁酸乙酯、乙酸乙酯+肉桂醇及胺茴酸甲酯+丁酸乙酯等5種混合物之引誘率較高,此5者之引誘率間並無顯著差異。以此5種混合物分別與50 %糖蜜混合,對成蟲之引誘率以糖蜜+乙酸乙酯+丁酸乙酯最高為61.0 %,顯著高於其他4種混合物,且較未加果實成分之50 %糖蜜引誘率高出2倍,是為最值推薦、利用的混合物,次之為糖蜜+乙酸乙酯+肉桂醇,引誘率為49.3 %,亦顯著高於其他3種混合物及50 %糖蜜。進而將3種果實成分分別加以混合後,對成蟲之引誘效果反未再繼續提昇,而將之分別與糖蜜混合後,其引誘率也未見有顯著增加。 |
英文摘要 | Twenty-one constituents of fruits from guava (Psidium Guajava), mango (Mangifera indica), citrus (Citrus grandis) and carambola (averrhoa carambola) were selected and tested in the screen house to find out the most attractive compounds for luring the oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel. results showed that methyl anthranilate (MA), α-terpineol (αT), ethyl acerate (EA), ethyl butyrate (EB) and cinnamyl alcohol (CA) were the most attractive to both feamale and male files. Results also showed that 50% molasses was the best concentration in attractin the flies. Test on the 5 most effecive constituents of fruits mentioned above mixed respectively with 50% molasses, it showed that the mixture of 50% molasses and ethyl butyrate (25:1) was the most attractive one which was 1.8 times higher than the 50% molasses used alone. The mixture of molasses and ethyl acetate was also more effective than the 50% molasses. When two constituents mixed with each other, it showed that the mixtures of αT+EA, EA+EB, αT+EB, EA+CA and MA+EB attracted more adult flies than the other mixtures. Further test on these 5 mixtures mixed with 50% molasses, respectively, it showed the mixture of 50% molasses with ethyl acetate and ethyl butyrate was the best one, with 61.0% of attractiveness, which was 2 times higher then the 50% molasses used alone, and is considered to be an effective new formula food attractant for luring both the female and male oriental fruit flies. The mixture of 50% molasses with ethyl acetate and cinnamyl alcohol was also highly effective, with 49.3% of attractiveness. However, when 3 constituents mixed together i.e. EA+EB+ MA, EA+EB+αT and EA+EB+CA, the effectiveness of mixtures to the adult files had no more increased, furthermore, when these 3 mixtures mixed with 50% molasses, reppectively, the effectiveness had also no significantl increased. |
