中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討固定化藍藻Anabaena cylindrica及綠球藻Chlorella sp.於含不同鉛濃度培養液時之生長及鉛蓄積。含鉛廢水是典型的經工業程序而導致的重金屬環境污染,固定化藻體可用於除去重金屬。由於以懸浮藻體去除重金屬時,面臨不易回收廢水中重金屬及難以自廢水中去除藻體之問題。因此,嘗試以固定化藻體之方式進行蓄積廢水中重金屬之研究。Chlorella sp.及A. cylindrica固定於海藻酸鈣膠體及洋菜膠聚合物中時,其相對生長率下降。細胞從固定化膠粒中漏出之情形於六天後提高。兩種固定化微藻在鉛含量10-100ppm之培養液下,蓄積量增加。而固定化Chlorella sp.及A. cylindrica對鉛之蓄積過程具有兩個階段。第一階段較為快速,約於一個小時完成,此時蓄積幾達飽和。第二階段則較為緩慢,蓄積量增加不多。 |
英文摘要 | Lead ions in waste waters are typical of heavy metal environmental pollutants derived from industrial processes. The adsorption of heavy metal ions by immobilized algal biomass is potentially useful in bioremediation. This study examined the feasibility of using immobilized microalgae for the adsorption of lead. Then using free algal cell to remove heavy metals, the following problems will be faced: (i) the heavy metals are hardly recovered from the wastewater; and (ii) the algal cells are hardly removed from the wastewater. Therefore, we try to remove heavy metals from the wastewater by using immobilized algal cells. The blue-green alga Anabaena cylindrical and the green alga Chlorella sp. were immobilized by entrapping in calcium alginate or agar beads. The entrapped algal cells showed a reduced relative growth rate. Leakage of cells from immobilized beads increased signification after 6 days of culture. The lead accumulation by immobilized Anabaena cylindrical and Chlorella sp. increased with increasing lead concentration between 10-100 ppm in the medium. The accumulation of the heavy metals by immobilized cells has two stages. At the first stage, the lead accumulation is quicker and can be reached a plateau after one hour. At the second stage, the accumulation is slower and less amounts of lead can be accumulated. |
