中文摘要 | 在藻類和真菌中常含有高量w-3系列二十碳以上長鏈的多元不飽和脂肪酸可供利用,本研究係以二株含高量脂質的淡水株及海水株之綠球藻Chlorella minutissima,分別培養時控制不同的鹽度及溫度,探討在不同培養條件下提高其多元不飽和脂肪酸的產量。結果顯示淡水綠球藻C. minutissima UTEX 2219 產生主要的w-3脂肪酸為γ-次亞麻油酸。在鹽度2.5×10□g/L,溫度15℃,每升培養液可以生成最高量γ-次亞麻油酸(35.0mg/L),若以每單位重量藻體最高產量而言,亦在此二條件下生成最高量γ-次亞麻油酸(66.7mg/g cells)。海水綠球藻C. minutissima UTEX 2341主要產生的w-3脂肪酸為二十碳五烯酸。在鹽度35g/L,溫度15℃時,每升培養液可以生成最高量二十碳五烯酸(42.6mg/L),若以每單位重量藻體最高產量而言,則在鹽度25 g/L,溫度15℃時每升培養液可生成最高量二十碳五烯酸(90.4 mg/g cells)。 |
英文摘要 | The contents of health-beneficial long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) of w-3 series were found to be high in fungi and algae. In this study, two strains of fresh water and marine algae (Chlorella minutissima) were cultured under various salinity and temperatures, to enhance the production yield of w-3 PUFA. It was found that γ-linolenic acid (18:3 (w-3)) was the major w-3 PUFA produced by the fresh water algae C. minutissima UTEX 2219. The highest yield of γ-linolenic acid (35.0 mg/L or 66.7 mg/g cells) of 18:3 (w-3) was obtained by culturing the C. minutissima UTEX 2219under 2.5×10-5 g/L salinity and 15℃. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) was the major w-3 PUFA produced by the marine algae C. minutissima UTEX 2341. The highest total yield of EPA (42.6 mg/L) was obtained by culturing the C. minutissima UTEX 2341 under 35g/L salinity and 15℃,but the highest yield (90.4 mg/g cells) per gram of cells of EPA was obtained by culturing under 25 g/L salinity and 15℃. |
