中文摘要 | 產品品質評選是一「多準則決策」問題。本文將決策所考慮的所有因素建立成「主次」因素的η階層級架構通式。依階層中各因素之特性予以不同等分之分割並予評等給分以建立數值判斷矩陣,並對每個因素給與適當權數以建立權數矩陣。在層級架構下,將決定之權數矩陣與相對應的數值判斷矩陣相乘,循「後向傳遞」運算規則,可計算出總合成加權矩陣,最佳決策即是選擇此矩陣中得分最高之產品。最後將以實例來說明並驗證模式。 |
英文摘要 | Quality evaluation and selection is one of the multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems. In this paper, all the considered factors for decision making are built up to have a general η level hierarchical structure. The value of each factor in the structure is segmented and given points based on its characteristics to establish numerical judgement matrices. And each factor is properly weighted to have weight matrices. The total additive weighted matrix can be figured out by multiplying the weight matrix with the corresponding numerical judgement matrix in the hierarchical structure based on the operation of backpropagation. The best decision on then dependent upon the product which has the highest points. Finally, a numerical example is applied to illustrate and testify the model. |
