中文摘要 | 我們突破傳統慣用之Unix-Base中央處理架構,改採主從架構之PC區域網路(PC-LAN )的系統架構, 利用來自「歐式自助餐取用規則」靈感之「一上一下」分發技巧,改良往屆採用之「八上八下」分發方式,開發出一套低成本、高效率且易維護的現場即時分發系統。 俗語云「行百里者,半九十」,現場即時分發工作是五專聯招工作的最後階段,也是決定該次聯招工作成敗與否的重要關鍵。因此,高效率、易維護的現場即時分發系統架構的建立可降低五專聯招工作承辦的壓力。由於「現場即時分發系統」的技術報告鮮見於研究期刊,造成系統架構開發與作業流程管理的困難。故將開發八十五、六學年度五專現場分發系統的經驗,以書面的方式,說明現場分發的工作程序,進而對系統環境的選擇、檔案資料的設計理念以及電腦報到與分發的工作原理進行探索;藉此傳承本次系統開發與流程管理的經驗。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, we try to develop a more efficient and low maintenance cost system to process the joint five-year junior college entrance distribution. We give up the traditional Unix-based system and the previous EIGHT-IN-EIGHT-OUT technique. Instead, we employ PC-Local Area Network (PC-LAN) system and the ONE-IN-ONE-OUT technique based on the pick-up rule of the European buffet in the process of this joint entrance distribution. "The closer to the success, the tougher it gets," says a Chinese proverb. Real time joint entrance distribution is the final stage and plays the key role in the entire joint five-year junior college entrance distribution. It almost determines whether or not the joint entrance distribution can succeed. An efficient real-time entrance distribution system requiring low maintenance cost can contribute to reducing the pressure and workload of the entire joint five-year junior college entrance distribution. Since few papers on the techniques of the real-time joint entrance distribution have been published, it is difficult to develop the structure of this system as well as manage its opeational process. Based on the experience involved in the joint five-year junior college entrance distribution in 1996 and 1997, this study focuses on four aspects: 1. description of the process of the real-time joint entrance distribution, 2. choice of the ideal environment for the system, 3. the principles of design for database files, and 4. the principles of registration and distribution by computer. This study also aims to share the experience in how to develop and manage this distribution system. |
