中文摘要 | 日本與中國的關係,可以說是一衣帶水,密不可分。除了文字借用中國的漢字外 ,在文學上受到中國的影響更是深遠。尤其日本最早的文學作品如西元七一二年的《古事記 》;七二○年的《日本書紀》和七五一年的詩集《懷風藻》等均以漢文撰寫。到了江戶時代 中葉更有所謂「翻案文學」的產生。由九篇短篇小說所組成的《雨月物語》一書,更是當時 「翻案文學」中,怪異短篇小說的代表作之一,其中卷二〈菊花之約〉即以中國明代小說〈 范巨卿雞黍死生交〉為範本而加以改寫。雖然在語詞、故事情節內容上與中國有許多雷同之 處,但其表現的意義和功用卻不完全一樣。本文試從形式上與內容上作一比較,以探討〈范 巨卿〉的故事在中國的演化及傳入日本後,作者在其本身的文學素養、社會環境與民族習性 的影響下,如何再重新組合、創新為適合日本國情的故事內容。 |
英文摘要 | Japan and China have a very close relationship. Besides borrowing Chinese characters, it also owes a deep and far influence to China. Some earliest Japanese literature works, such as The Ancient Chronicles(KOZIKI) in year 712, Japanese Chronicles (NIHONSHOKI) in 720, and the poetry anthology KAIHUSO in 751 were all written in Chinese characters. Up until the middle of Edo, the so-called "renovating literature" was born. The Stories of Rain and the Moon (UGETSUMONOGATARI), was one of the representing work among all the fantastic and ghost fictions. Especially for the second volume, the Appointment of Chrysanthemum, was apparently adapted from the novel, Fan Ju-Ching's Life-and Death Friendship, produced in Ming's Dynasty. Although the wording and the plots were very similar to the Chinese version, the meaning and its functions that Japanese one presented were rather different and unique. This study tried explore the development of Fan Ju-ching's story in China and how it was rearranged and renovated into a fit-for-Japanese story by the Japanese author with his own literature accomplishment under the Japanese social and folk customary influence. |
