英文摘要 | The paper develops a fuzzy dynamic programming (FDP) approach to solving the direct load control (DLC) problem of the air conditioner loads ACL). To cope with the flexibility and uncertainties associated with the constraints on the on/off duration of the ACL, and the uncomfortableness felt by the customers due to the temperature variation, the interrupted capacities of the ACL are regarded as fuzzy variables. The customers willing to participate in the DLC projects with the utilities are surveyed to acquire their sensitivity to the environmental temperature variations. The problem is then formulated into a fuzzy dynamic programming (FDP) structure in an attempt to achieve both optimal DLC and unit commitment (UC) schedules. To demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed algorithm, the Taiwan power 38-unit system with 10 ACL groups DLC problem is tested in this paper. |
