中文摘要 | 空調用朧為夏季尖峰負載成長的主要原因,其負載量約佔總負載之30%,且有持續 增加的趨勢。若能有效而直接的控制而調負載,將可減少部分夏好尖峰負荷的問題。因此, 臺電公司近年乃積極研擬各種植接負載控制技術,其中包括於巷龍與榮星兩變電所各安裝一 套漣波控制系統,進漣波負載直接控制技術的相關研究工作。本文首先介紹漣波控制系統之 整體架構,進而說明受控用戶端接教器安裝與空調機控制等工作有關的成果,包括接收器安 裝前的準備工作、安裝時之各項工作流程以及各型空調機控制方式。此次採用本系統擴大推 廣試驗範圍,進行為期兩年的示範研究計劃,在與用戶互動有關方面的工作亦獲得許多相關 經驗,諸如實際推擴時可能面臨的狀況與問題解決的對策等,其間亦針對不同型鐘空調機研 擬適宜的控制技術。文中說明直接負載控制的相關技術以及與用戶間互動的經驗,將可做為 未來電力公司全面推廣時重要的參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | Air-conditionaing consumes 30% of the total system peak load in summer. It is one of the major factors that cause the increase of system peak load. The amount of air-conditioning load is still increasing in resent years. If the air-conditioning load can be effectively controlled, the severity of summer loading can be reduced. Therefore, Taipower has searched for method to control the air-conditioners directly. The ripple control systems have been installed in the Who-Long and Long-Sing Substation, for the research of direct load control. In this paper, the system structure of the ripple control is introduced and then the installation of receivers in the customers and the control of air-conditioners are desciibed. This work includes the preparation and flow chart. The control methods for different machines are still required. This two-year demonstration project has expanded the numbers and sizes of customers. Field experiences in association with customers and solutions to the problems in practical ripple control are obtained. The results in this demonstration project is indispensable for the utility in the future. |
