中文摘要 | 貨櫃調度相關成本佔航商營運成本之比例頗高,故貨櫃調度之適切與否,攸關航商之營運競爭力。如何妥善調度貨櫃以滿足貨櫃運輸需求,並降低營運成本,已成為航運業者所需面臨之基本課題。陳春益、陳昭吟[7],陳春益、馬開平[6]曾構建動態貨櫃調度模式,以期協助航商從事貨櫃調度作業。然該等模式採用時空網路協助構建,需截斷無限長的規劃期成為可運算之有限長規劃期,以致無法充分考量未來供需,導致偏誤運算結果之產生,即發生所謂「終端效應」。本研究藉實例說明動態貨櫃調度模式終端效應之存在與影響,並據以研提減緩終端效應之策略,包括延長規劃期之長度、以及調整收集節線之成本(考量空櫃在規劃期期末之預期效用)。經實例分析,以後者之策略較佳。惟如何有效決定空櫃在各港之預期效用,值得後續研究加以探討。 |
英文摘要 | To help container liners to allocation containers efficiently, Chen & Chen [7] and Chen & Ma [6] have made attempts toformulate the dynamic container allocation model with time-spacenet work. However, there exist end effects in the models where the infinite planning horizon is truncated to a finite one when the modelis formulated with time-space network. How to mitigate end effectsin the dynamic container allocation model is the main purpose of this research. In order to truncate the infinite planning horizon in the dynamic container allocation model, two approaches are proposed, extending the planning horizon as long as possible, and taking containers' residual values in the end of the planning horizon into account. The result of the case study shows that the latter approach is superior tothe former one. However, a further study is needed to efficiently determine residual values of containers in each port. |
