中文摘要 | 含此外光硬化之亞克力樹脂及熱硬化之環氧樹脂而成的雙官能性樹脂與液晶均勻混合形成均相溶液,先以(UV)照射引發亞克力樹脂聚合形成半膠化膜,環氧樹脂與液晶被包含在亞克力網目中。這半膠化膜具雙面膠黏著性質,並可依所需大小裁剪,接著在雙面貼上ITO導電玻璃,加熱使環氧樹脂硬化,此時液晶將會被相分離出來,環氧樹脂黏住了兩片玻璃形成了高分子分散液晶薄膜。在本研究,除了製造高分子分散液晶薄膜外,亦探討在亞克力樹脂及液晶存在下,環氧樹脂熱硬化動力現象 及相分離機構。 |
英文摘要 | The bi-functional resin systems including UV curing acrylic system and thermal curing epoxy system were mixed with liquid crystal to form a homogenous solution. Acrylic resin is first being UV induced to form a semi-plastic membrane. The epoxy resin and liquid crystal were trapped within the polymerized acrylic resin matrix at this stage. This semi-plastic membrane has adhesive Property at both sides and can be easily shaped and detached off the molding paper. Usually the next step is attaching the semi-plastic membrane between two ITO glasses to form a sandwich and them heated to induce thermal harden of the epoxy resin. While the harden of the epoxy resin was taking place, liquid crystal with phase out from the resin system and forms a polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) film. In this study, we explored the curing kinetic of epoxy resin at the existence of acrylic polymer and liquid crystal and the mechanism of please out of liquid crystal. |
