中文摘要 | 患有白點病症蝦體變紅之池水與無病症蝦池水之生菌數、菌相之比較結果,在生 菌數量上差異不大,分別為2.0×10 CFU/ml及6.5×10 CFU/ml,但菌相分布即表現出明顯 之差異性,發病池其弧菌(Vibrio sp.)數量占65%,較無病症蝦池之16.67%高出甚多。再 就蝦體各部位之生菌數、菌相分析結果得知,在生菌數量上白點病蝦均高於無病症蝦,其中 以血淋巴液的差異最顯著,正常蝦檢測為無菌狀態,而病蝦血淋巴液之生菌數量為1.7×10 CFU/ml,而另在蝦體各部位菌相分布上可明顯看出,在病蝦菌相主要以弧菌為主,均在40% 以上,其中又以血淋巴液中占87.5%為最高。顯示草蝦發生大量死亡,主要為病毒性疾病流 行期間,白點病毒感染後,再加上環境、水質等因子急速變化或不良,促使蝦體免疫抵抗力 下降,併發細菌性二次感染引發敗血症所造成。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to investigate total viable bacterial count (TBC) and bacterial flora(BF) in the grass shrimp (Penaeus monodon) affected with white spot syndrome (WSS) from their aquacultural ponds. The TBC in the water was not apparently different between the affected ponds and the control. But the BF in the water of the affected pond was very different from that of the control. The percent of Vibrio sp. in the affected pond was 65.0% which is apparently higher than 16.7% in the control. In general, the TBC in various tissues of the affected shrimp were higher than those of the control, especially in hemolymph. The value of TBC in the hemolymph of the affected shrimp was 1.7×10 CFU/ml, but bacteria in the control were not nearly detected. The BF in the various tissues also was very different between the affected shrimp and the shrimp from the control. whereas Vibrio sp. were found to be the dominant species in the tissues of the affected shrimp. The Vibrio sp. were showed to be higher than 40% among all the bacteria flora determined with a highest 87.5% of this sp. found from hemolymph. From the results, we summarized the some agents may caused high mortality of the shrimp affected with WSS during the infectious season. That is, the affected shrimp increased their susceptibility for bacteria infection of bacteria which caused septicemia under the depressed immune conditions due to improper water or environmental management. |
