中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國民小學實習教師工作壓力、因應方式之現況,並比較個人背景變項、控制信念在工作壓力與因應方式上的差異情形,進而分析個人背景變項、控制信念、工作壓力對因應方式的預測力。 本研究以八十七學年度於臺灣中部地區之國小實習教師為對象,採問卷調查為主,個別訪談為輔,質量並行之方式進行。本研究得到之結果如下: 一、國小實習教師在整體的工作壓力感受屬中等程度。其中以角色壓力方面最大,人際關係方面最小。 二、國小實習教師壓力因應方式,最常採用的是社會支持,最少採用的是逃避策略。 三、不同背景變項、控制信念的國小實習教師,其知覺工作壓力會因教育背景、公(自)費、婚姻狀況、實習地區、班級類別、控制信念之不同而有所差異。 四、不同背景變項、控制信念的國小實習教師,其使用因應方式會因性別、教育背景、公(自)費、婚姻狀況、學校規模、班級類別、控制信念之不同而有所差異。 五、國小實習教師感受愈高壓力者,傾向採取延宕處理及逃避策略的因應方式。 六、國小實習教師工作壓力、因應方式與控制信念有相關存在;工作壓力與因應方式亦有典型相關存在。 七、國小實習教師個人背景變項、工作壓力、控制信念對因應方式有預測效果。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of job stress and coping strategy for the intern teachers of elementary school in Taiwan. Survery research and interveiw was conducted in this study. The subjects included 469 intern teachers from elementary school about four countries of center Taiwan, and six intern teachers were visited. The conclusions about this study are as followings: 1. Perception of the intern teachers' job stress is below the average, they had the highest degree " role stress", and lowest degree on "interpresonal relationship". 2. The use of coping strategy about the intern teacher of elementary school that usually use "society support", and seldom use "escape strategy". 3. Job stress of the elementary school intern teacher shows significant differences by educational background, government fund or self-provided, martial status, service area, intern class, number of intern teacher, locus of control. 4. Coping strategy of the elementary school intern teacher shows significant differences by gender, educational background, government fund or self-provided, marital status, size of school, intern class, locus of control. 5. Ther were significant differences about coping strategy in different perception of the intern teachers' job stress. 6. There are significant correlation between job stress, coping strategy, and locus of control. 7. The intern teachers' personal variables, job stress and locus of control could be predicted effectively upon coping strategy. |
