中文摘要 | 本論文是關於以固定化溴化四級銨塩為觸媒,由氯苄與溴化鈉製備溴苄之可行性研究。首先針對以溴化四丁基銨為觸媒之兩液相反應,進行動力學之實驗研究。接著以氯甲基化聚苯乙烯將三丁基胺四級化而成三相固體觸媒,用它進行同一反應之動力學研究。 結果顯示:若基於相同當量之四級銨互相比較,則三相固體觸媒之外顯活性高於用於兩相反應之觸媒;且三相固體觸媒亦有良好的穩定性。 |
英文摘要 | This work is feasibility study for the immobilized quaternary ammonium bromide as the catalyst for the production of benzyl bromide from benzyl chloride and sodium bromide. The kinetics of liquid-liquid reaction with tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as a catalyst was experimentally studied. The kinetics of the same reaction with a triphase catalyst, which was prepared by quaternizing tributylamine with chloromethyl polystyrene, was investigated subsequently. The results reveal that the activity of this triphase catalyst in higher than that of the free catalyst under the condition of the same milliequivalent of quaternary ammonium ions. This triphase catalyst also has a good stability. |
