中文摘要 | 本文為利用三種半剛性香族聚醯胺;聚4,4’-對二苯亞甲基間苯醯胺(PMA),聚4,4’-對二苯醚基間苯醯胺(POA),聚4,4’-對二苯基間苯醯胺(PSA),藉著結合劑(coupling agent)-對-胺基苯乙(p-APA)以化學共聚合方式將不同莫耳比例的半剛性芳香族聚醯胺導入尼龍6, 6的主鍵中,形成多嵌狀共聚合體。 所合成出之共聚合體其固有黏度在0.52~0.66dL/g之間。其薄膜之抗張強度在64-45MPa之間,伸率則在14-19%之間,初始模數則在1.62-2.00GPa之間。此外,所合成出之共聚合體其玻璃轉位溫度概介於107-123℃之間,熔點在306-326℃。而在氮氣之中的10%重量損失溫度在411-441℃,而在空氣中則介於392-426℃之間。X-ray測試發現所合成出之共聚合體均具有結晶性質,但其晶體結構與Nylon6, 6相異。 |
英文摘要 | In this article, three semi-rigid wholly aromatic polyamide prepolymers, i.e., poly (p-diphenyloxide metaphthalamide) (POA) poly (p-diphenylsulfone metaphthalamide) (PSA) and poly (p-diphenylsulfone metaphthalamide) (PMA) were used to copolymerize with nylon6, 6 prepolymer via p-aminophenyl acetic acid (p-APA) as coupling agent. From the experimental results, the inherent viscosity of these copolymers are in the range of 0.5~0.66dL/g. The tensile strength, the elongation at break, and the initial modulus of these copolymer films are in the range of 64~78 Mpa, 14~19%, and 1.62~2.00 GPa, respectively. From the thermal analysis, the glass transition temperature and the melting point of these copolymers are in the range of 107~123℃, and 306~326℃, respectively, and the 10% weight loss temperatures exhibits in a range of 411~441℃ in nitrogen and 392~426℃ in air, respectively. From the X-ray diffraction studies, all copolymers are crystalline in nature but it is different from that in nylon 6, 6. |
