中文摘要 | 倒角刀廣泛的應用於齒輪的生產製造,對於避免齒輪運轉時噪音的產生及齒面的刮傷,具有重要的角色,惟其設計理論與製程,廠商多視為商業機密,因此,具倒角刀設計與製造能力的國家寥寥可數。本文根據基本的齒輪原理,發展出完整的漸開線齒輪倒角刀設計流程,並詳細介紹倒角刀的設計。本文所得之結果,除了有助於建立倒角刀的生產能力外,對於齒輪相關刀具的設計亦有所助益。成果目前亦已成功地設計、生產出漸開線齒輪倒角刀。供國外知名汽車廠使用。 |
英文摘要 | Chamfering tools are widely used in the manufacturing process of involute gears. They have important effects on reducing vibration and noise in gear transmission. However, the design theory and manufacturing process for developing a chamfering tool is considered a business secret. Few countries have the ability to design and manufacture chamfering tools. In this paper, fundamental gear theory are used to develop the complete design process of chamfering tools. The results can be used to help local companies to build up the designing and manufacturing capacity for the tools. It is also helpful to the design of other related tools. |
