中文摘要 | 本研究根據「教師權能」之文獻分析,將之歸納為四個向度:(一)專業成長權、(二)教學自主權、(三)參與決策權、(四)專業地位與影響力,依此編製「中小學教師權能量表」以進行研究。經專家意見調查後,修訂量表初稿並進行預試,再根據頁試結果分析本量表之信度、效度,所得結果下: 一、 量表各向度與總量表之內在關係佳、結構良好:其相關程度分別為.8113、.8354、.8820、.8940。 二、 量表各向度之因素分析結果良好:以主成份分析各因素,以eigen value大於1為選入因素參考標準,其因素負荷量從.6057至.8844,每題之因素負荷量均大於.4500,顯示本量表各項目適合性良好。 三、 量表各題目與各向度、總量表之內在相關分析結果良好:各題目與各向度之相關係數為.5605至.8106;各題目與總量表之相關係數為.3011至.7392,均達.01顯著水準。 四、 量表之信度佳:各向度與總量表的內部一致性高,Cronbach α為.8049至.9181;總量表為.9265。 五、 量表的驗證性分析結果證實本研究之測量模式建構合適。綜而言之,本研究量表為一信度、效度俱佳之測驗工具,適合為建立我國中小學教師權能評量指標之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Based on a review of the literature, this study divides teacher empowerment into four dimensions: 1) professional development; 2) teaching autonomy; 3) decision making; 4) professional status and influence. Based on this analysis, a "Teacher Empowerment Scale" was devised for field research. After a survey of several authorities in the field, the scale was devised for field research. After a survey of several authorities in the field, the scale was revised and used in preliminary testing. Analysis of the testing gave the following results for the scales' reliability and validity: 1. Internal relations between scales for each dimension and the overall scale were good, and the structure was excellent, with r=.8113, .8354, .8820, .8940. 2. Analysis of factors in each dimention was also good; after analysis for significance, an eigen value greater than 1 was established as the standard for selection. Loading for each factor ranged from .6057 to .8844, and for each item was greater than .4500, indicating that the relevance of the Scale was also good. 3. Analysis of scale items and dimentions in the overall scale shows good results; correlation coefficients of scale items and individual scales range from .5605 to .8106. Correlation coefficients of scale items and the overall scale range from .3011 to .7932, and all have a clear significance of .01. 4. Scale reliability was good: there was high correlation between each dimension and the overall scale; the Cronbach α was .8049 to .9181, while for the overall scale it was .9265. 5. Verification analysis proves that this study's measuring methodology is structurally appropriate. In summary, the scale developed in this study is a measuring instrument with good validity and reliability; and is an appropriate reference for eseablishing standards to evaluate primary and middle school teacher empowerment. |
