中文摘要 | 本文是針對當代中國哲學研究的方法論問題進行探討,文中提出一套方法論分析架構以為詮釋與理解中國哲學理論作品的分析工具,藉由這套分析工具而得以疏理各學派理論重點的同異之辨,作者所提者即以「宇宙論、本體論、功夫論、境界論」的四方架構作為分析中國哲學的方法論架構,這四方架構即是四個中國學的基本哲學問題,這一套架構必須有著體系性的融通,即其中任一基本哲學問題皆得以貫通至其它三個基本哲學問題上,並且四組問題形成一個義理分析的互動網絡,作者以此四方架構已進行多次的中國傳統哲學作品的理論研究,本文之作乃將研究過程中涉及的方法論問題本身的若干要義再予解明,期使 其得以成為一更具解釋效力的中國哲學方法論分析架構。文中說明本體論哲學與宇宙論哲學在中國哲學研究中的問題意識,並將本體論哲學區分為研究價值關懷的實存性體之學,及研究道體自身的抽象性徵之學,而實存性體即作為功夫哲學的入手,抽象性徵即落實為實踐者的境界,至於宇宙論知識即負責說明功夫進程 中的階次歷程,並強調在道教及佛教哲學中的世界觀中,因為有著它在世界的認知,因此有著不同的本體論的實存性體的觀念,因此宇宙論知識在中國哲學體系建構中是一不可遺漏的重要環節。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is intended to probe into the methodology of Chinese philosophy, introducing a methodological architectonics and, by means of this analytical tool, categorizing the similarities and differences between the theories of various schools. The writer proposes a quadripartite architectonics-consisting of “the doctrine of the cosmos”, “the doctrine of the noumenon”, “the doctrine of moral cultivation” and “the doctrine of the situation”-as the methodological architectonics to analyze Chinese Philosophy. What constitute this quadripartite architectonics are exactly the four fundamental issues of Chinese philosophy. This architectonics must be systematically assimilated, that is, any one of the four issues can be related the other three fundamental philosophical issues, and the four of them form an interactive network of logic analysis. The writer has for many times approached the theories of traditional Chinese philosophical works with this quadripartite architectonics, and this essay is meant to give further illustration about the methodological issues involved, in hopes that this architectonics can define more of the methodology of Chinese philosophy. Here the writer shows the ontological and cosmological consciousness in the study of Chinese philosophies and divides ontology into the philosophy of the substance that explores the dauti. The substance is the threshold to moral philosophy while the abstract becomes the situation of the agent. And here cosmology is applied to show the progression of moral cultivation and stress that, in the cosmologies of Taoism and Buddhism, the different cognizance of the world generates different ideas of ontological substance. Therefore, the doctrine of the cosmos is an integral part of Chinese philosophical architectonics. |
