中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討民國七十年至民國八十七年之間,臺灣地區人力資源相關職位之「工作規範」的演變趨勢。依據研究的目的,本研究採用文獻分析法,以民國七十、七十五、八十、八十五及八十七年,每週日刊登於「中國時報」A、B兩版之分類召募廣告為資料來源,共收集有關人力資源相關職位之分類廣告共739則,進行分析研究,研究結果茲分別敘述如下:(一)企業組織對於擔任人力資源相關職位人員之年齡及性別的要求,隨著年代的演進,規範的比例逐漸減少,而未規範的比例逐漸增加;(二)就人員教育程度及科系的「工作規範」而言,企業組織要求大學以上的學歷及人力資源相關科系的背景,有明顯的提高;(三)就職位功能的要求而言,研究發現「一般行政」與「人事總務」的職務有遞減的趨勢,而「人力資源」與「教育訓練」之職位則逐年增加;(四)就主管與非主管職位要求而言,研究發現徵求人力資源相關主管職位的企業組織,有明顯遞增的趨勢;(五)就工作年資的要求而言,研究發現隨著年代的演進,有明顯的增加的趨勢;(六)在經驗與能力要求方面,隨年代的演進,企業組織對於具訓練經驗、語言能力及電腦能力的要求明顯提昇;(七)本研究也發現,企業組織對於人力資源相關職位的需求,北部地區所佔的比重明顯逐年提高,非北部地區則逐年降低。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of job specification for human resource related positions in Taiwan. From a sample of 739 recruiting advertisements in the China Times between 1981 and 1998, this study compiled a list of qualifications and tasks for human resource related positions in Taiwan, which also indicates the trends in business expectations on human resource professionals in Taiwan. Results are summarized as follows: First, from 1981 to 1998, age and gender were less likely to be listed as qualifications of human resource related positions in Taiwan. Second, a bachelor's degree majored in human resource related fields became more likely to be a minimum qualification for human resource related positions in Taiwan from 1981 to 1998. Third, the increase of the positions in "human resource" and "Training and development" in the labor market from 1981 to 1998 had been constantly exceeded the increase of the positions in "general administration" and "personnel and general affairs." Fourth, compared with non-managerial positions, the needs for managerial positions of human resource related positions in Taiwan had been increased steadily from 1981 to 1998. Fifth, years of working experiences and working experiences in personnel and employee training had been received more attention when recruiting human resource professionals in the recent years. They were more likely to be listed as qualifications of human resource related positions from 1981 to 1998. Sixth, language and computer abilities became more likely to be minimum qualifications for human resource related positions in Taiwan from 1981 to 1998. Finally, from 1981 to 1998, available human resource related positions in Taiwan were more likely to be located in the northern part of Taiwan than in the other places of Taiwan. |
