中文摘要 | 現代的企業組織裡,親信具有相當重要的組織角色。本研究使用便利取樣方式獲得58對主管與親信的有效樣本。研究結果顯示,主管教親信傾向知覺兩人間存在親近關係與信任關係。主管對於其與親信間的親近關係、信任關係之間的相關性並不一致;反之,親信則說其與主管間的親近關係、信任關係之間存在較一致的相關性。其次,對主管而言,親信與主管之間的親近程度並不會與親信的忠誠度有密切關係;然而,對親信而言,親近程度與他的忠識度是息息相關的。至於信任關係與親信的忠誠度之間存在部份關聯性,最後,主管與親信間的親信關係應以情感關係來描述而非以交易關係來描述。 |
英文摘要 | In modern corporations, confidants play very important organizational roles. Thisstudy uses a convenient sampling technique to investigate confidant relationship. Fifty-eightpairs of superior-confidant dyads of effective samples were obtained. Our results show that,compared to their confidants counterpart, superiors are more likely to perceive closeness andtrusting relationship between them and their confidants. Also, from superiors' viewpoint,closeness is not highly related to trusting relationship, while in confidants' viewpoint, theyare related to each other. In addition, from superiors' perceptions, degree of closeness betweensuperior and confidant is not related to confidants' loyalty. However, from confidants'perceptions, degree of closeness is related to their loyalty. Trusting relationship is found onlypartially related to confidants' loyalty. Finally, relationships between superior and confidantare better described in terms of affective terms than in transactional terms. |
