中文摘要 | 幾丁質與幾丁聚醣擁有許多優良性質,可以應用於醫藥、化妝品、廢水處理、食 品加工等;包括了微膠囊、食品添加劑、澄清劑、凝集劑、透析膜、逆滲透膜、健康食品、 外科手術縫合線等。本實驗利用過硫酸鉀來裂解幾丁聚醣以製備幾丁寡醣,實驗結果發現在 酸性環境之下,少量過硫酸鉀的添加會迅速促進幾丁聚醣的裂解,同時裂解速率隨著過氧化 物添加量的增加或溫度的提昇而增加。藉著一個簡單的反應動力模型,我們計算出裂解反應 的活化能為 6.76 Kcal/mol。另外,我們也假設了一個以自由基裂解幾丁聚醣的反應機構。 |
英文摘要 | Chitin and its derivative, chitosanm the product from the deacetylation of the chitin, have many superior properties.They find applications in capsules, cosmetics, wastewater treatment, biomedical, membrane, agriculture and food process, etc. In this study, potassium persulfate was used to degrade chitosan to oligomers. It was found in the acid environment, a small amount of potassium persulfate could dramatically increase the rate of degradation. When the amount of persulfate or the temperature was increased, the degradation rate was increased subsequently. By using a simple kinetic model, the activation energy was calculated to be 6.76 Kcal/mol. We also proposed a reaction mechanism based on the free radical degradation. |
