中文摘要 | 植物向光性早在約一百多年前就已有人開始研究。因向光性的探討方發現植物體內含有植物生長素(Auxin);因植物生長素的發現而啟開了植物荷爾蒙這門學問。向光性機制所提出的理論有:(1)生長素側送說(2)生長素破壞說(3)生長素運輸抑制說(4)類離酸(Xanthoxin)生長抑制說。除了生長素破壞說已不為人接受外,其餘三種理論至目前為止還沒有定論。對於光接受子(Photoreceptor)而言,有人提出是貝它-胡蘿蔔素(β-Carotene);也有人認為是核黃素(Riboflavin),到底是那一種色素是真正的光接受子目前也無定論。 |
英文摘要 | The study of phototropism has been more than one hundred years. It was found that plant contains Auxin which begin the theory of plant hormones. The mechanism of phototropism have four hypothesis: (1).Auxin destruction. (2). Auxin lateral trasmission. (3).Auxin transmit inhibition. (4).Xanthoxin growth inhibition. Besides the hypothesis of Auxin destruction has been discard, the others have no conclusion by now. Concerning about the photoreceptor, some scholar think that Riboflavin is the photoreceptor of phototropism, but the others in β-Carotene. However, there is no conclusion by now. |
