中文摘要 | 隨著資訊科技的發達,企業在網際網路上的應用也日趨普遍,成為今日企業運作中不可忽視的一環。本研究針對幾項問題進行探討:1.瞭解目前企業間交易活動的進行方式。2.探討目前企業與協力廠商間採用電子交易的原因為何。3.瞭解電子交易在業界應用的範圍與程度。4.瞭解企業採用電子交易所帶來的成效。本研究工具為問卷調查法,以天下雜誌所公布的前1000大企業進行抽樣調查,共寄出500份問卷,回收91份,其中無效問卷1份,回收率為18.2%。結果分析得知,國內廠商間使用電子交易活動並不活躍,推動過程中遭遇的困難有:缺乏專業技術人員、交易廠商抗拒不願配合、政府相關法令及政策未能配合與各部門間溝通不良。 |
英文摘要 | Although the use of Internet in business is blooming in the western countries, it is not known how organizations in Taiwan perceive the concept of electronic commerce(EC). This is the second part of the two-year project and is focused on EC between business and business. An opinion research is conducted. Ninty-one out of five hundred questionnaires sent to top 500 organizations were returned. The results show that only a very limited number of organizations are applying EC to their business activities. Fax and telephone are the major communication media for the time being. The ratio of the use of EC between domestic organizations is higher than that of between local and foreign organizations. While organizations recognize that the use of EC will shorten the transaction flow and improve service quality, they claim that the shortage of EC professionals, vendors resistance, and insufficient governmental regulation, etc. hinder the progress of using EC. |
