英文摘要 | The development of the computer technology through out this century make especially with the popularity of Electronic Commerce (EC), the relationships between B2B & B2C hold even tighten closed. In the millennium the Electronic Commerce erupts like a storm, every country gives great consideration to this, so that the following issues will have a research on this EC and discuss separately: (1)Forward: research motive and origin, (2)Documents Review: introduction of the present monograph and reference for research, (3)the Implication and Territory of EC: the EC's qualification and B2B, B2C….etc, (4)EC's development: a summary of the world’s devotion towards EC., (5)EC's Managing Problems: the solution of the still- required solving problems, (6)Conclusion: this is the current trend and only to face it with positive attitude can you get the advantage chance, or elimination unavoidable. |
