中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討臺灣大型企業因組織因素不同,造成對資訊部門績效評估認知的差異。首先藉由文獻的探討,整理出評估資訊部門績效十個類別四十個指標。經過二階段前測,得出三十九個指標。再藉由問卷資料的搜集與統計因素分析,篩選出「資訊部門人員的能力及系統實施進度」、「財務的貢獻」、「作業效率與效果,、「系統的可靠性及資料安全性」、「使用者約滿意程度」、「策略性管理」、「生產力」等七個因素。研究結果顯示產業別、公司資本額多寡、資訊部門人員規模、資訊部門預算多寡、不同的資訊系統策略區隔等組織因素,使得資訊部門績效評估構面的認知上有顯著差異。另外,企業對於資訊部門績效評估構面的看法上,並不會因為資訊部門成立時間長短、資訊發展成長階段與資訊系統外包情況而有顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | The main objectives of this research are to examine different perceptions of performance evaluation caused by the characteristics of large-scale organizations in Taiwan. First, 10 categories of IS department administration performance adding up to a total of 40 separate items were established. By two-stage pilot test, 39 items were finalized. Further, factor analysis was used to analyze performance evaluation activities. By this process, seven evaluation factors in consideration of IS department administration performance were obtained. These are IS staff competence and adequacy of IS development, IS contribution to organizational financial performance, IS operational efficiency and effectiveness, IS reliability and security, end-user satisfaction, management of Is strategic uses, and IS productivity. MANOVA results show that there are significant different perceptions of performance evaluation caused by the different types of industries, the amounts of corporation budgets, the scale of IS personnel, the amounts of IS budgets, and the different strategic uses of IS respectively. On the contrary, there are no significant different perceptions of performance evaluation caused by the history of IS department, the stage of growth of IS development, and the extent of IS outsourced respectively. |
