中文摘要 | 後處理程式可將CAD/CAM 系統所產生的刀具路徑檔案轉換為工具機接受的控制碼,是加工程式設計與製造間的重要介面。由於現有的多軸後處理研究都只是探討線性軸及旋轉軸正交的構型,本文特別針對線性軸及旋轉軸不正交的特殊五軸構型之後處理程式演算法,作一完整的探討。本文以齊次座標轉換為基礎,利用運動學的前向轉換,求得五軸工具機的形狀創成函數矩陣,再由逆向轉換,解出工具機各軸運動的解析解。經由商用軟體驗證及實際試切削,證實本論文所提出的演算法可實際運用於特殊構型之五軸工具機後處理程式設計。 |
英文摘要 | A postprocessor capable of converting the cutter location data to machine control data is the important interface between the NC programming design and the manufacture. Owing to the fact that current research of multi-axis postprocessor method only deals with the machine tool configuration whose linear and rotational movements are orthogonal, a complete study of developing the postprocessor algorithm for the special five-axis configuration has been proposed. Two kinds of machine tool configuration with nonorthogonal linear and rotational movements are investigated in this paper. The machine tool’s form-shaping function matrix is derived based on the homogeneous coordinate transformation and the forward kinematics. The analytical equation of NC data is obtained by the inverse kinematics and the form-shaping function matrix. Through the verification by the commercial software and the trial-cut, it demonstrated the practical application of the proposed postprocessor methodology for special configuration of five-axis machine tools. |
