中文摘要 | 本文針對速印刷電路板所產生串音干擾現象加以說明並討論其抑制方法。高速電路 設計著重於被動元件對訊號傳遞的影響,串音即是由相鄰兩導體間互感與互容所引起。能有 效抑制互感與互容則可大幅減少串音對訊號的干擾。導線安全間距2倍線寬[1][2]、使用串聯 終端電阻、在重要訊號線加護衛線可有效制串音。 |
英文摘要 | The Crosstalk interfering phenomena produced in high-speed printed circuit Board and its suppressive method were discussed in this paper. For high-speed digital design, we focused attention on signal propagation interfered by passive elements. Crosstalk resulted from mutual inductance and mutual capacitance between traces on a PCB. If we could inhibit mutual inductance and mutual capacitance effectively, then we would reduce signal interference usefully caused by crosstalk. To reduce crosstalk effectually we could follow the rules that keeping double trace width between traces, using serial terminated resistors, and adding guard traces around critical signal traces. |
