中文摘要 | 本研究於25℃以下,以硝酸銀為前驅物,硼氫化鈉為還原劑,在水/界面性活劑AOT/異辛烷逆微胞系統中製備粒徑小於10nm的銀超微粒子。所得產口高解析度電子顯微鏡、電子繞射及XRD分析,確認為面心立方體之良超微粒子,其粒徑隨著水與界面活性劑莫耳比(□)的增加而增加。在□值固定下,粒徑隨著硝酸銀濃度與硼氫化鈉濃度的提高而變大,但硼氫化鈉過量甚多時,反應後溶液呈鹼性而產生氧化良。提高AOT濃度僅使產生的銀超微粒子數目增加,對粒徑並無顯著的影響。又隨著所用烷類有機溶劑碳數的增加,因逆微胞具有較高的交換速率,所得銀超微粒子的粒徑亦隨之增加。此外,銀超微粒子逆微胞溶液UV/VIS光譜顯示藍色遷移現象,在400nm處,其莫耳吸光係數與粒徑的呈線性關係。 |
英文摘要 | The silver ultrafine particles with diameters less than 10 nm were prepared by the sodium borohydride reduction of aqueous silver nitrate within AOT reverse micelles at 25℃. By the analyses of high-resolution electron microscope, electron diffraction pattern and XRD, the resulting particles have been found to be pure fcc silver. The results indicated that the sizes of silver ultrafine particles increased with the increase of the molar ration of water to AOT (□) and with the increase of silver nitrate and sodium borohydrinde concentrations due to the increases in the number of nuclei formed. However, when sodium borohydride was largely in excess, the aqueous solution became basic after mixing and silver oxide was formed. The increase of AOT concentration only resulted in the increase of the number of silver ultrafine particles formed but had no significant influence on their particle size. Using an alkane with higher carbon-number as the solvent, it was found that the silver ultrafine particles formed were larger because of the higher intermicellar potential and exchange arte of reverse micelles. Furthermore, blue-shift phenomenon was observed from the investigation of the UV-VIS absorption] spectra of the reverse micellar solutions containing silver ultrafine particles. At 400 nm, a linear relationship between the particle size and the molar absorbance could be correlated. |
